A deeper look at what we do

Below is the start-to-finish process on how to get started with our service, and what we do.

  1. First, you need to register with us - we need authorisation from you to distribute your news
  2. You also need to decide on the number of releases you would like to distribute using our service - there are discounts for volume
  3. Next, log-in to your account and upload (cut and paste) your news release into our system
    • at this point you can choose the keyword tags that you'd like to use (up to five) - we may also add to them or create them for you
    • you also have the opportunity to choose industry segments and any specific geographies (global by default)
    • select the date and time for the release (we won't issue the release before this time)
    • the URL of your own site (if available) for any potential link-backs
  4. We create the social bookmarking summary (this is "just the facts", based on your first paragraph)
  5. Next we create the target distribution list, issue and syndicate
  6. We send you an automated email to confirm what you've just submitted, for your records
  7. We will send a comprehensive email report at the end of seven days. Initial coverage will be uploaded and visible in your account area from one hour after we have begun distribution
