June 26th 2012 - Leading global resourcing and talent management provider Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has appointed talent acquisition and development expert Sonja Stockton as their new Global Head of Emerging Talent, Consulting.
Already a market leader in delivering international Emerging Talent (ET) programmes for Graduates, MBA, Apprentices and Interns, under a global team managed by Clodagh Bannigan, AMS brought in recruit Sonja Stockton to work with Bannigan to further extend AMS’ service offering and deliver strategic client solutions across talent acquisition and hiring, talent management and development.
As well as leading client ET events, seminars and conferences, and developing ET insight and innovation, Sonja will also head AMS’ Apprentices & School Leavers and Graduate & Intern Development propositions.

Sonja has over 20 years’ experience in talent recruitment and development. Formerly Director of Talent at PwC, she was responsible for the delivery of award winning campus campaigns and for PwC securing the number one spot in The Times’ High Fliers Student Survey. Prior to PwC, Sonja had been Head of New Talent, Recruitment and Development Programmes at National Grid and is a former agr (Association of Graduate Recruiters) Board Member and Vice President, where she was the driving force behind the agr Standard in Graduate Recruitment and Graduate Development programmes.
A regular conference speaker, Sonja also appeared on the BBC’s The Apprentice programme, helping identify talented contestants for Lord Sugar.
