London, UK - December 19th, 2012. BAE Systems has signed a new contract with Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) to provide specialist permanent recruitment services in the UK. This deal will see AMS - the leading global provider of recruitment process outsourcing - continue to be responsible for the recruitment of permanent staff within the UK, and it will also now provide an executive level recruitment service to BAE Systems.
Since 2009, AMS’ proven approach has supported BAE Systems’ UK recruitment activity with a consistent and professional service. The new five-year contract comes into effect from 1 January 2013 and will seek to build on the successes to date.
