CLS Communication AG once again received top marks for its reliability and flexibility

Zurich, CH, 23rd September 2014 – In a client survey conducted by Prof. Dr. Marco Schmäh Sales & Service Consulting, CLS Communication AG once again received top marks for its reliability and flexibility. Most clients responded that they would recommend the language services provider “without reservation”, leading to an impressive score of 8.5 out of 10 on the recommendation measure. This is well above the average for service providers, and also beats the results of CLS’s first anonymous survey back in 2011. Clients particularly appreciate the company’s strong service quality and the spirit of partnership that characterises its working relationship.

CLS Communication is one of the world’s largest providers of language services. Its clients include prestigious companies operating in the financial services, insurance, life science, industrial and telecoms sectors and law firms. CLS writes, edits and translates journalistic, highly complex and technical content for these diverse businesses.
Some 86% of the surveyed clients in Germany, Austria, the Benelux countries and Switzerland told the team led by business economist and marketing expert Prof. Marco Schmäh that they were satisfied with CLS Communication. As in 2011, they rated their language partner’s image, service offering and order processing relative to its competitors’.

42% of clients said that CLS Communication had been recommended to them. This recommendation rate is almost twice as high as in 2011, when it was 23%. When asked about why they hold the company in such high esteem, they cited the outstanding service quality, describing CLS as “reliable”, “trustworthy”, “flexible” and “a true partner”.
Reasons given for the strong client–provider cooperation included friendly and consistent points of contact at CLS and swift, on-time order execution. Clients especially valued the way in which their special requests were heeded, even under severe time pressure. This praise is a fresh spur to CLS to keep going the extra mile for its clients in future.
