Date: 28th October 2011
October 28th 2011 - Under UCITS IV, Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) have replaced simplified prospectuses. CLS Communication is organizing a webinar on this subject.
The content, language and format of KIIDs have to comply with certain rules such as plain, jargon-free language; a separate KIID for every sub-fund and investment class; a maximum of two pages, regularly updated; two charts with specific content; and in at least one of the official languages of the distributing countries.
This sounds simple, but it's not. Initial experience has shown that the fund industry has significantly underestimated the difficulties involved.
CLS Communication is therefore pleased to invite you to take part in a webinar "KIID – what you need to know”. The webinar is free of charge and will be held in English and in German.
The German webinar will take place on Thursday, 3 November 2011, from 12 to 1 p.m CET. Speakers are Daniel Funk (Senior Financial Copywriter) and Reto Schlegel (Business Development Manager), CLS Communication Switzerland.
